Rely on your strengths. To know your strengths, you must
first acknowledge and then compensate for your weaknesses. Ask your friends and
mentor’s. What am I good at? In what areas should I improve? What do you do
better than most people? Don’t be afraid to ask for advice or help and don’t be
afraid to listen to the answers. Reflect and learn. Knowing yourself allows you
to plan your days for peak performance. In business, solicit comments on your
products and services. Customer and employee compliments and complaints are
important tools to improve efficiency. Who knows you better? Accept your
limitations. Accept your circumstances. Following the action principles, you
should have more than enough of everything to succeed. Be the best you can be
on the inside, and your beauty and confidence will be reflected on the outside.
